  Poor service. I booked my car to be serviced on line,the cost came to £199. On arrival at the counter i was told today bill would be £248. I asked if he was sure and was my quote without VAT. he looked and said that is correct.He then proceeded to look through his paperwork and find the price was indeed £199. The chrome has bubbled and flaked on my wheels, under warranty... i would expect these to be completed. An "expert" proceeded to tell me that this was fair wear and tare and that stone chips had caused this. i queried this and said on the back side of the spokes and the centre of the wheel?? at which he confidently told me i had swapped the wheels around. I hadn't. They are going to repair 2 wheels, for the life of me i cant understand why they wont do all 4. A new KIA was on the to do list, not anymore. Not what i expected.
